Groups & Flights Travel Consultant

If so, this Groups & Flights Travel Consultant role could be the opportunity you are looking for.What you’ll be doing:You’ll be arranging travel for Trade Missions delegations, from flights to hotels, ground transportation and meeting rooms, and also managing flight-only bookings for our Groups team. Using online airline booking portals and the GDS (Amadeus), you will be booking flights on an individual and group basis. Sourcing hotels according to budget and client need, managing booking and financial reports for clients, as well as account management duties by building relationships with the client/mission organisers.Your strengths and skills:With your experience of working for a tour operator or agency and knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferably), you will bring your energy and enthusiasm to the role and wider team. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible in your approach to work, specifically in the variety of the work you will do. With excellent administrative skills, you will work within given deadlines and with your IT skills, excellent organisational and relationship building skills, you will further your career in group, events and Trade Mission travel.
