Head of Property Management - Client Side

Job DescriptionI have partnered exclusively with a UK Prop Co to make a senior level hire in their Property Management department.This is a Head of Property Management position overseeing the management of a Commercial Investment Portfolio. The commercial portfolio comprises of prime multi let offices scaling from 20,000 to 50,000 sq ft, all located within zones 1 & 2.This is a great opportunity to lead an in-house team, still be involved in the hands-on day to day and be an influential figure in the growth of a Prop Co over the coming years.This is a new appointment within the business and comes due to plans to invest aggressively over the next few years creating a need for an additional senior layer within the business.You will report directly into the two Directors/Owners and have two Property Managers report into yourself.MRICS is preferable and a strong track record working within Commercial Property Management is essential.Being a pivotal hire the salary for the position will be tailored to the calibre of the individual but will come with a bonus and additional benefits.Please reach out to arrange an initial confidential discussion.We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Property world for this role.
