Identify training needs and drive skill development initiatives.Collaborative Environment: Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous learning within the team.Technical Guidance: Provide expertise on coding best practices, technology selection, and architectural excellence. Ensure optimal solutions are implemented, showcasing a proven track record in tackling complex challenges.Technical Best Practices: Define and implement development and technical standards across the business. Standardize technical outputs, development processes, and project standards.Site Performance: Establish KPIs for site performance as a key success factor for customer projects and team performance measurement.Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews, maintain high-quality standards, and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.Technical Problem Solving: Lead troubleshooting efforts, resolve complex technical issues, and provide guidance to the team. Be hands-on with development when needed.Innovation and Research: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and advancements. Identify opportunities for innovation and propose new solutions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership teams, and client-facing stakeholders.
