Head Waiter/Waitress

Our client based in Ludlow, Shropshire are looking to recruit a head waiter/waitress for their fine dining restaurant within their luxury hotel and spa.

Duties will include supervising a dedicated team of waiting staff, mentoring, training new staff, and ensuring high standards are maintined on a continuous basis.

You will also be responsible for event co-ordinating alongside other team leaders, including weddings and conferences. 

Other duties include quality control, customer service, and health and safety.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be looking for full time hours (40hrs a week), and the opportunity to develop their career within hospitality.

Hours of work will be flexible depending on rotas.
