Job Description
Helpdesk Support Technician – Mandarin Speaking
As a skilled Mandarin speaker, this role will allow you to become more technical, helping to solve 1st line helpdesk tickets and having a more technical senior team around you to escalate issues up the chain. This one could be for you!
We have partnered with a small but mighty agency who boast an impressive client base, many of which are based in China. They are looking to add another Support Engineer to their ranks to help them maintain service level agreements and a five star service for their end clients in Asia.

role is hybrid working full time hours but often flexing between day and evening shifts to cover when the clients in Asia are operational.
can look forward to a starting salary of
£32,000
will be working closely with the 2nd line support team and Technical analysts and account managers who are not only highly skilled but also very personable and willing to help train and develop the wider teams.

What you will ideally have experience of?
communication skills (verbal & written)
and Mandarin speaking
handling technical issues at 1st line helpdesk level.
skills are desirable but not essential
networking skills including an understanding of WIFI networks.
& Android.
PC systems.
