This role is ideal for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with significant management experience, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the care home
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care
• Manage and develop a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and quality guidelines
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and home administration

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Proven management experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent understanding of the regulatory and statutory requirements in the care sector
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement of care standards
