Hotel Services ManagerUp to £55,000 depending on experinceUnit Based in central LondonWe currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hotel Services Manager to work at one of our prestigious contracts.You will be responsible for the management and delivery of all FM services in line with contractual obligations and company expectations, including but not limited to health & safety, general cleaning and housekeeping and full budget and accounting responsibility. Ensure full compliance at all times to the company and contractual guidelines avoiding any service KPI failures.Key Responsibilities:Manage, monitor and update all appropriate food safety and health and safety paperwork to the required standards imposedEnsure that all appropriate HSE Information, instruction, training and supervision is provided to all employees within your control to enable them to carry out their work safely and effectivelyEnsure all HSE incidents/ near misses are reportedand investigated within the set timeframe in line with company policy and proceduresLead and manage the delivery of all company profit protection procedures within the mess and share best practice with other colleaguesManage and drive the completion of all compulsory online training with all team membersEnsure that uniform standards are adhered to at all times and that all team members are dressed appropriatelyProvide accurate costings for all functional activity to the client in a timely mannerEnsure purchasing compliancy using only Company authorised vendorsControl all stock levels within the mess, ensuring accurate weekly checks are processedManage the training, discipline, morale and welfare of all team membersTo actively drive Your Voice action plans and encourage involvement in surveysManage all labour costs effectively and within the designated budgetOur ideal Hotel Services Manager:Proven management experience within a hotel or accomodation enviroment.Managing teams to deliver innovative, high quality Cleaning serviceBeing obsessive about providing great customer serviceSound knowledge of procedural and legislative frameworksSound financial acumen and experienced in managing budgets and growing sales
