Housing Officer

We are looking for a Housing Officer to assist a Local Authority with providing excellent housing services to the tenants living within their portfolio of properties.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- To be responsible for a patch of properties- Complete inspections of properties- Assist with ASB incidents- Support vulnerable tenantsCandidate requirements:- Experience of working within a similar role with another Local Authority or Housing AssociationIf you would be interested in finding more information out about this role, please get in contact with Emily at Critical Project resourcing (#####)
