Are you a HR Business Partner looking for a new position in the Loughborough area?
We have partnered with our client to recruit a CIPD Qualified, experienced HR Business Partner for a stand-alone position.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and build strong partnerships with Managers, providing guidance and support on various HR areas.
This role requires a genuine passion for HR and the successful candidate will be up to date with all current legislations and Employment Law.
Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main point of contact for all HR Matters
• Dealing with Employee Relations queries including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management
• Conducting disciplinary hearings.
• Building relationships and business partnering with line managers

The successful candidate will:

• Ideally have a CIPD Qualification Level 5 or above
• Be a strong HR generalist with exposure to the full employee life cycle including dealing with complex ER cases
• Have a good understanding of employment law and legislations
• Be able to build rapport, influence and engage with people at all levels and have effective relationship management skills
• Have a positive, friendly and collaborative approach
