As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a HR Executive to join their successful, and growing, global HR team. This represents a unique opportunity for a candidate who has a background of working in a generalist HR operations environment, has knowledge of European HR and is looking to expand their knowledge and move to the next step.
The Role:
Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, you will act as the local HR point of contact to the companies’ employees based across a number of European countries, with primary regions including Belgium. You will provide a wide spectrum of “hands on” operational HR services and solutions within the region. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Payroll and payroll reporting
Onboarding new employees
Preparation of contracts and letters
Visa, performance management and employee relations
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years HR Generalist experience
CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of European HR – Belgian HR is highly desirable
Appreciation of nuances of different cultures/nationalities
Multi-site and multi-region experience
Must be adaptable & flexible in a varied role
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Fluent in French & English (additional European language would be a bonus)

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 basic salary, plus annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package
Location: City of London HQ – 3 days in the office (flexible)
