We are partnering with a leading advertising agency, and are on the hunt for a superstar HR Manager for a short-term contract. Supporting a population of around 160, you will be a true generalist and be comfortable in an operational role. Whilst they are hiring into the HR team, you will act both up and down.
The role will encompass all areas including:
Onboarding
Offboarding
Inductions
Lifecycle management
You will be a point of contact for all payroll enquiries and manage the process with the Finance team. You will manage any ER cases that arise and be comfortable having conversations on an informal and formal basis, as they arise. You will be a point of contact for all employees and offer guidance across the agency.
We are looking for someone down to earth, and it is essential you have come from a media/comms background, in an SME. This role is starting ASAP.
