Desktop Support - Investment Banking
London - 5 days in office
Contract £27 per hour (£200 per day)
You'll be working in the heart of London's Trading area with an Investment Bank. As a desktop support engineer / analyst you'll be providing 1st and 2nd line support to IT problems. Working directly with end users and gaining lots of experience and training.
The role is a mixture of 1st and 2nd line support alongside building out new equipment and a small amount of project work.
Skills required.
1+ years IT support covering 1st and 2nd line support.
Positive, friendly attitude to working with new people
Experience of using a support ticketing system alongside floor walking support
PC and Laptop configuration and build skills.
Quick learner
Willing to work shift rota that cover 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm,10am-6pm or 11am-7pm
