The Company:
Harnham have exclusively partnered with a high-growth insights advertising & strategy organization that are looking for an Innovation Director to join their expanding team.
The Role:
As an Innovation Director you will be responsible for the following;
Working closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a business strategy for growing consumer and brand clients
Lead the relationship with the client and acting as a sparring partner for their thinking to help accelerate the change in their business
Building a solid relationship with the client and the senior stakeholders
Help design new retail experience
Skills and Experience:
You have 8+ years’ experience in Innovation, Stratgey & Qualitative research including in management and/or leadership roles
Confident with leading and delivering on innovative ideas for their main client
Previous experience in an advertising Strategy setting is required
Specialization in consumer and brand insight and analytics, preferably with specific experience within brand tracking and/or audience segmentations and within consumer goods (e.g. FMCG) and consumer services (e.g. telco).
You can provide leadership to a growing team of Consultants and strategist focused on consumer and brand clients
You’re an exceptional communicator
