Insurance Technician
Are you passionate about insurance and eager to join a dynamic team in a growing specialist Lloyd's broker based in London? In addition to traditional insurance technician responsibilities, this role presents a unique opportunity for the jobholder to get involved in Account Handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and handle insurance documentation efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to facilitate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
Maintain and update electronic files and records in compliance with industry standards
Handle premium and claims transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve queries
Additional Opportunity:
Explore and contribute to Account Handling responsibilities, gaining valuable experience in managing client relationships
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as an Insurance Technician or similar role within the Lloyd's market
Familiarity with insurance documentation and policy processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of Lloyd's systems and procedures is advantageous
