Aviva is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our group internal communications team as an Internal Communications Manager for our Technology function.A bit about the job:As an Internal Communications Specialist at Aviva, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and delivering internal communications for our Technology (CIO) function. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, providing strategic counsel on internal communications initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency of communications, maximizing the embedding of Aviva’s Purpose, Strategy, Values, and Brand. Additionally, you'll use data, insights, and industry best practices to develop communication strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement.Skills and experience we’re looking for:Proven experience in internal communications.Creative, curious and a great collaborator.Commercial acumen with excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to spot opportunities, build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive change, work independently and as part of a team.What you’ll get for this role:Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
