Our focus is on enriching the diversity of our volunteers, ensuring that Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic, Disabled, Trans, and all communities are vividly reflected within our teams.Your rolePride in London seeks an IT administrator to take charge of the systems and services empowering our teams. You'll ensure email flows, tools keep running, and our online presence stays strong by managing domains, security, and ongoing enhancements. In this essential role, you'll collaborate with all areas of Pride in London to provide critical guidance, training, and hands-on tech support. We count on you to sustain seamless operations no matter what developments unfold.Your responsibilities:Administer all Google systems and Pride in London digital platforms to ensure optimal uptime and securityDeliver timely tech support across all teams; compile routine reports on system health and performanceRapidly troubleshoot and resolve service disruptions, software bugs, and hardware failuresProvide how-to guides and one-on-one training to assist volunteers in effectively navigating technology resourcesRecommend and spearhead new solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency, cybersecurity, and end user productivitySet up and manage email accounts across the organisationKeep current with the latest tech developments relevant to Pride in London’s operational needsWhat you’ll bring:2+ years experience administrating Google Workspace environments and cloud-based systemsExpertise troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues in cloud platformsProficiency managing Chrome OS devices, Mac/Windows workstations, mobile devices, and other hardwareStrong grasp of cloud security best practicesExcellent verbal communication and client support skillsAbility to create training materials and instruct non-technical staffExceptional analytical and critical thinking skillsFast learner who can quickly adopt new cloud services and methodologiesPassionate about improving processes through cloud technologyThis is a volunteer Role - London Based.What you'll get from Pride In London:Be Yourself, No Masks!Friendly Induction, Year-round TrainingNew Professional ExperienceExpand NetworkConnect with VolunteersCommitment to celebrating diversity and promoting inclusivityDiversity & InclusionPride in London embraces diversity and inclusion.. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBT+ communities and improve the event.Pride in London includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
