London-based, as well as home and field-based, so some remote working is possible.Your duties will include the following:Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships and Traineeships in IT Infrastructure Technician andIT Solutions.Mentor learners within their work placements.Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.Support, advise and motivate learners.Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners’ needs.Meet Assessor KPIs regarding timely assessments/visits (when allowed), quality paperwork and general administration.Work to learner review and completion timescales.BENEFITSUp to £40,000With excellent benefits packagesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMust hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.Experience in delivering full Apprenticeships in Information Communication Technician up to Level 3.Must hold solid, occupational competency in providing IT support through I.T networking/troubleshooting and roles such as IT Solutions Technician; Support Analyst; Systems Analyst; Service Desk or Technical Service Support etc.Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.Flexibility is required with working hours and travel, as and when required to meet learners’ needs.To apply for this position check out the original post here . To be an Assessor you would need to hold either an; A1/2, D32/33, or CAVA which we have a link to HERE . Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training). The position does not ask for these so do not feel deterred to apply if you do not possess them.
