We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Business Analyst to join us to lead the requirement gathering and delivery of our technology roadmap including prioritization of projects needed for Research & Development and Global Supply Chain.
Reporting into the Technology Business Partner, you will partner closely with Research & Development and Global Supply Chain functions to understand their strategy and associated requirements to help develop a roadmap and backlog of the technology projects needed. You will also work closely with teams such as Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and technology delivery teams to ensure that their standards are understood and met.

About the role
Primary responsibilities:
Working side by side with the Technology Business Partner to co-develop and maintain a prioritised technology roadmap and backlog Build strong and collaborative relationship with Research & Development and Global Supply Chain teams, and with technology suppliers/teams (internal and external) Support creation of investment papers to secure budget to deliver projects from our technology roadmap Work with business and IT stakeholders to define and capture the backlog of high-level requirements including functional, non-functional and IT operational (Service) requirements for the project Provide clear estimates of the business analysis effort and deliverables required for projects to the Project Manager and Portfolio Manager Maintain project governance & status updates What you'll need to have
Experience as a business analyst Experience of processes within a supply chain such demand and supply planning, supplier and customer collaboration, sales and operation planning and trade promotions and management, or in research and development such as in product lifecycle management and product integrity (quality, safety and regulations) You'll need stakeholder management skills It would be great if you also have
Experience in the following technologies: E2Open, SAP S/4 HANA, UpClear, Stibo Step, Master Control Experience in a CPG organisation Our benefits
