Junior Electrical Design Engineer

This Junior Electrical Design Engineer will be joining a small company operating in a niche market of control and instrumentation systems, supplying bespoke motor and instrumentation control products to clients who operate primarily in the renewables sector, but also providing products for buildings and production lines.Educated to at least HND in a relevant subject, as Junior Electrical Designer Engineer, you will report to the Senior Design Engineer, covering a wide range of duties, including:Taking clients requirements by telephone and emailEstimating costs for designing and developmentUse your problem solving skills to provide solutions within designsUsing Solidworks to draw electrical circuits to go to the manufacturing teamLiaise with clients, keeping them updated of progress and changesAssist the workshop with redesigns as necessaryWork with suppliers for supply of productsSupported by experienced Designers and Engineers, this offers opportunity to progress, allowing you to learn from professionals who have a passion for their work.
