Key Account Executive (Food Manufacturing)Duties and responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly.Coordinate and manage client orders and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to meet client expectations.Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects, including updates on manufacturing, quality control, and delivery schedules.Proactively communicate any potential issues and offer solutions.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project details.Generate regular reports to track key account performance and identify areas for improvement.Address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working with internal teams to find effective solutions.Qualifications:Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the FMCG/Food/Drinks industry is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills.If you are looking to join a stable, yet growing business where you can be a pivotal part in the businesses success and be in line for market leading progression and regular salary increases, then this could be the opportunity for you.Location: Rochester | Salary: 28000 - 33000 per year | Job type: Permanent
