Kickstart Compliance Support Officer – Overview of the business:
Licensed and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority(“FCA”) to provide payments services across the UK and Europe. Kickstart Compliance Support Officer – Job Purpose:
Our Compliance team are our protectors – checking all new merchant applications to make sure they’re right for us. They’re the shield between us and any compliance risks. At the rate we’re growing, applications from a variety of businesses come in thick and fast – there’s never a dull day at Fondy. Using a variety of systems to capture and analyse the applications our Compliance team are fast and thorough decision makers.
Kickstart Compliance Support Officer – Duties & Responsibilities:
– Review merchant business to make sure they meet the company's risk appetite.
– Analyse merchant webpage and products to assess potential risk exposure.
– Work to detect and prevent potentially fraudulent or reputationally damaging accounts from being boarded with us.
– Managing queries and requests raised to the team mailboxes.
– Work as a key part with a wider team
– Help and support the company to achieve new records
– You’ll have the opportunity to have input on the way we work and to help drive us forward.

Kickstart Compliance Support Officer – Skills & Experience:
– Comfortable and competent working online and with MS office tools
– An interest in learning about the Payments Industry and Card processing.
– Demonstrated proactive troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
– Ability to solve problems while gracefully handling difficult situations
