CHANEL have formed a new team ‘D365 HERO’ to deliver a multi-year, global transformation programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all our regions. HERO will harmonise multiple regional ERPs existing globally to create a global core harmonised ERP model. The Lead, D365 Transformation PMO will play a key role in the HERO project management office for the implementation of an ERP (D365) solution. A key part of the role will be the organization and coordination of internal and external project team, meetings, project plans, presentations and reporting as well as tracking. This role will work closely with the D365 Head of Transformation Office incl. project managers across all streams for the duration of the HERO project to track the status of project deliverables and milestones, project level risk and issue management and escalation for the business side of the team including process, data, and change teams. This includes owning regular project level reportings; feeding into project Governance arrangements (Workstream Lead) and development and roll out of TMO processes.
Functional Responsibilities:
This role will be leading and supporting a number of key areas:
Manage and facilitate maintenance of the RAID log of programme and assist with the management of internal and external interfaces for the Programme.
Provide project management capability for the D365 programme, specifically in the lead up to project launch, deployment and after deployment.
Support the HERO programme with all project management requirements including regular reporting and issuance of core project documentation.
Support the Head of Transformation with the development and roll out of the transformation programme plan to ensure that programme/project plans are accurately captured and recorded in the appropriate format in accordance with TMO planning guidance.
Manage supporting material for internal and external meetings and coordinate all required project related meetings incl. issuing pre-reads, taking minutes, maintaining action and decision logs.
Liaise between multi-functional teams to gather accurate and timely feedback from stakeholders.
Foster communication, collaboration, prioritisation, and best practice sharing within the Chanel finance and operations and tech community.
Further develop templates, processes, and guidelines to drive programme internal communication and adoption.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to successfully navigate a multi-vendor/partner programme
environment
within a global matrix organisation.
Significant experience of ERP systems (D365, AX, SAP or others).
Strong project management skills.
Works well in team and project environment, with sound organizational skills.
Demonstrates a keen desire to continually learn and grow.
Be able to foster and maintain valuable relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent presentation skills and effective written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Be able to complete regular programme reporting.
Relevant experience gained in a leading management consulting firm would be advantageous.
P
roficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Undergraduate degree.
Working-to-proficient
level of French language is a nice-to-have, but not required.
