Role: Lettings Manager

Hours: Monday - Friday 0830am - 18hrs - Alternate Saturdays.�

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.�

Your responsibilities include:

Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities

Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants

Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person

Achieving personal and branch targets

Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally

Building strong relationships with local property owners.

To excel in this role, you should be an ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong negotiation and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
