Maintenance Electrician

1-4 on call

No Van

Location: Edinburgh

Competitive Salary: (up to �42,000 based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, shift based

Daily Tasks:

  • Performing routine electrical tasks and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs)
  • Conducting emergency lighting assessments
  • Monitoring the Building Management System (BMS)
  • Identifying faults and addressing reactive work as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Delivering high-quality services to customers and contract holders
  • Participating in the on-call rota

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a valid UK driving licence
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship and relevant trade qualifications in electrical work
  • City & Guilds or equivalent certification in electrical installations or a related field
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
  • Prior experience in the FM or building maintenance industry
