Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical and Electrical Positions
North Ayrshire up to £36,300 DOE
Full-time, Permanent
4-day week (Mon-Thurs) 06:30-16:18
Potential for early/back shift rotation with an additional 15% allowance
SRG is working with an innovative engineering organization that produces advanced products for industries such as aerospace, security, and defense. They are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team in Stevenston on a permanent basis.
The Maintenance Technicians will:
Support production teams by carrying out planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks
Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns within the manufacturing site
Requirements:
HNC or equivalent in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
Ability to diagnose faults on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
Good working knowledge of maintenance practice, MTBF, condition monitoring, etc.
Desirable:
Steam distribution experience
Compex certification
18th Edition wiring regulations
CMMS experience
Experience working in a high hazard/regulated industry
Industrial Health and Safety training
