These projects are conducted at scale with our internationally based teams & on-the-ground implementation partners resulting in measurable impacts for the families and communities we serve worldwide.CQC is headquartered in Washington DC, USA, with subsidiaries and operations across the globe.Follow our journey at www.cquestcapital.com.This position is a hybrid role based out of our London, UK office and will report to the Chief Accountant.The Management Accountant is responsible for providing detailed cost analysis for products and carbon credits, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout resources and projects.Key responsibilities include:Providing detailed cost analysis per product and carbon credit.Providing detailed financial reporting, assisting Chief Accountant, FP&A Manager and CQC Direct Financial Controller with analysis and monthly close/control for operational accounts.Carrying out cost control with a focus on unit cost analysis to support the business (KPIs and decision making) and the accounts closing to support Finance.Establishing and implementing cost control procedures and processes for effective analysis of product and carbon costs.Working closely with business stakeholders to track and control operational costs.Working closely with the FP&A manager, providing accurate cost estimates and forecasts. Prepare reports and presentations.Working closely with the CQC Direct FC providing cost control, allocations, and accrual analysis.Working closely with all other stakeholders providing carbon credit cost control and analysis.Monitor and analyse unit costs (both product and carbon), identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies.Occasionally conduct cost audits and assessments.Key requirements:University degree 2(i) or above.Certified management accountant (CIMA).Minimum 5 years demonstrated relevant experience in cost control and financial analysis.An interest in detailed analysis which adds direct value to the business.Expert proficiency in financial software, preferably Netsuite experience, and MS Office.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly and concisely articulate complex information when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels and teams across global offices.Travel: Expected travel is minimal.Location: Based in London, UK, this position is a hybrid role supporting operations globally and Finance teams in Washington DC, USA and Singapore. CQC works flexibly across global time zones.
