Manufacturing Operative

A large manufacturer of aerospace components based in Southend are looking to hire a Manufacturing Operative to assist in all he processes related to the surface treatment plant and waste water treatment plant.

For this role, we are looking for someone with minor assembly and hand / power tool experience. You will need previous experience working hands on within a manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Operative duties:-

• Undertake preparation of components for treatment
• Carry out the chemical processes related to the surface treatment plant and waste water treatment plant
• Undertake minor assemblies and part marking
• Ensure all components meet the required quality standards
• Read from engineering drawings and carry out assembly tasks such as helicoiling

The hours of work are Monday - Thursday, 8am till 5pm (30 mins lunch) and Friday 8am till 1pm (no lunch).

The salary for this role is �24,559.08 per annum.
