As a Market and Product Expansion Director in Global Treasury Services Payments, you serve as the subject matter expert on market requirements and are the point of contact for regulators. You bring an extensive understanding of the regulatory landscape in different regions and markets to help ensure our products launch and are adopted successfully.
Job responsibilities
Designs product operational activities to fit the market and adapts collateral, sales training, pricing, and request for proposal (RFP) materials to resonate with target segments
Grows our market, brings opportunities to the Product Management team, advocates for expansion, provides input into business cases, and meets business targets
Maintains an open relationship with market regulators and supervisors with insights into regulatory dialogue across the market
Partners closely with Product teams to ensure adherence to local regulations, controls frameworks, and governance approval processes
Develops and maintain a deep understanding of our cross currency solutions globally
Develops, communicates and executes go-to-market commercialization plans
Partners with marketing on value proposition, market positioning and communications, and with field strategy to ensure a thoughtful plan on sales readiness. Also, partner with product to ensure internal readiness and support
Collaborates with sales, product solution specialists (PSS) and marketing to manage Sales campaigns in an effort to increase revenue
Manages a team to deliver cross currency go to market commercialization agenda
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Significant expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
Advanced level knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
Proven ability to identify opportunities for market growth in line with regulatory requirements
Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams while delivering value at scale
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Ability to communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Proven experience in the digital space to drive support of strategic initiatives across the business
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Possess proficient knowledge of product development and prior commercialization Experience
Demonstrated experience in wholesale banking with understanding of the payments business and products
Graduate degree with background in communications, marketing, sales, consulting
