Aldwickbury School is looking for a dynamic, creative, highly organised and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our Marketing and Admissions Team.We welcome applications from job seekers looking for either full-time or term-time hours. As a Marketing and Communications Assistant, what will you be doing?Working under the direction of the Head of Marketing the successful candidate will support the School with a wide range of marketing, promotional and communication support activities, delivering the marketing objectives and helping to convey the School's brand values and messaging.This role will involve working closely with multiple stakeholders including; the Senior Management Team, the Admissions and Administration Team and Teaching Staff from across the Pre-Prep and Prep School.The School is a fast-paced and busy environment so we're looking for someone who works well both in a team and independently, has a keen eye for detail, a passion for marketing, a can-do attitude and a desire to play a proactive role in the whole School community. Who are we looking for?Someone who enjoys working with people, with excellent attention to detail and creative flair. They must be a self starter, who proactively seeks out opportunities to promote the school, with a flexible and hands-on approach. Who are we? Aldwickbury is an independent day and flexi-boarding school for boys located in 20 acres of grounds on the outskirts of Harpenden in HertfordshireAs a Pre-Prep and Prep School Aldwickbury currently has a pupil roll of 388 boys aged 4-13 years.
