Priding itself on its made in England mantra, the name Turnbull & Asser stands for unrivalled quality, craftsmanship and expertise.Key responsibilities include:Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will work closely with wider e-com & marketing team and retail team to drive brand awareness and support the implementation and success of marketing campaigns and plans both online and offline.SupportingMarketing Manager on the marketing output across all channels by being a champion of Brand, working with all channel owners to ensure Marketing Strategy & Brand Values are met.Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns and plans.Develop and maintain marketing calendar to support by all channel owners and overseen by Marketing Manager.Marketing Campaign & CopywritingCopywriting for marketing communication including social media, website, and marketing tools such as newsletters, adverts and events.Ad-hoc copywriting requests from senior management team.Support Marketing Manager to prepare the launch plan deck and ensure all relevant launch information is housed in a single location for the wider team.Digital Marketing & Social MediaSupport Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy by increasing brand awareness and growth through our digital channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, eCRM).Work with media agencies to monitor and engage with earned and owned social communities across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and affiliate marketing etc.Lead social content strategy & planning to align marketing calendar. Manage Graphic Designer on digital content creation and overseen by Marketing Manager.Championing social listening tools to measure and understand the conversation surrounding our brand.Weekly scheduling of social media posts and tagging products on Instagram.Monitoring and responding to social media comments and enquiries with support from Customer Service team. Explore and manage influencers / brand talent, collaborations, and activations, building creative briefs, managing content review and support digital capability and PR.ReportingSupporting Marketing Manager to report the successes and challenges of the Marketing Strategy at the end of each FY.Lead weekly, monthly, and annual reporting on all channels. Drive in-depth insights from past campaigns (from Google Analytics, Later/Facebook Business Suite and Ometria) and making informed suggestions to improve YOY performance & relevance.Skill & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:Marketing or PR degree would be beneficial but not essential.2-4 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably within fashion industry.Experience in or a passion for the luxury market and menswear would be advantageous.A proactive individual who works well in a busy environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A positive and pro-active approach to problem solving and good time-management are essential. Organisation skills are key to this role.Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve commercial objectives.A passion for marketing, content, brand, and customer engagement.Proficiency in analysis tools and paid media platforms desirable, i.e. GA4, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads manager.Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
