The School and Role

This large and welcoming Secondary Academy in Aigburth, Liverpool, is seeking a skilled Maths Teacher to join their team. The position involves teaching KS3 - KS4 levels on a full-time basis starting after September, with the opportunity for permanency based on suitability. Candidates must have experience teaching Maths up to KS4. This Academy school was founded in 1879 and has a track record of providing a safe and friendly place for all students to learn and develop. The schools most recent Ofsted report praised the students for their courteous and polite behaviour that facilitates a respectful classroom environment. 

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels

-          Confidence in teaching the current curriculum

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
