Mechanical Package Manager

Description

We are currently working with one of the biggest main contractors within the industry that are currently looking for a Mechanical Package Manager to join one of their schemes based in Elephant and Castle.�

This will be a mixed used project where there will be a Mechanical value of around �(phone number removed). As there will be some complexed mechanical design systems in place we would be looking for someone who can be heavily involved in the design through to the final handover.

On site there will be an Electrical Package Manager with a M&E Project Lead above to offer you support within this role.

Contractor

The contractor that we currently work with are a Tier 1 contractor with a huge turnover. With marquee projects on their books they are a fantastic contractor who really take pride in their staff and work.

Duties

• Overseeing a Mechanical Site Manager


• Working on the Shell & Core and Fit - Out works


• Must have experience within works of Mechanical packages�


• Experience in altering design if necessary�


• SMSTS or CSCS Black Managers qualification�


• Experience with large mixed used schemes�


• Wants to grow and progress with an established contractor


• Experience with a Tier 1 contractor is preferred we will also consider candidates from a M&E sub - contractor as well.
