Mid-level Technical Animator

Friday Sundae is looking for a talented and versatile 3D animator with 3+ years experience to work on our new haunted-house adventure video game we’re creating for PC and console.
You'll be joining us at an exciting time working alongside a dedicated and passionate team here in Bristol.
You'll be experienced in 3D technical animation, rigging from facial to full body movement as well as general animation for the Unity game engine.
The position provides a rare opportunity for an individual to drive their technical and creative expertise throughout the whole lifecylce of an Indie game.
Skills:
BA in computer animation, digital arts, media arts or master's of fine arts in animation or visual effects.
Previous AAA, Indie, PC games project experience
Experience of computer 3D animation techniques, motion design and camera movement principles.
Able to animate characters, objects and special effects.
Proficienct with Unity with the ability to import, export and set up the animation state machineand troubleshoot issues.
Skilled at working within Maya and motion capture data to create the animations.
Experienced with animationmockups, able to plan and generate asset libraries to help smooth the pipeline.
Good understanding of the 3D rigging process and different technical software.
Proficient skills at creating facial expressions and animations in conjunction with blendshapes or similar.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
