This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Motor FNOL Claims Handler to join this company's growing Broker and Insurer Teams in their offices in Warrington. The role will be office-based but with the flexibility to work from home one day per week. The successful candidate will handle motor claims on behalf of their Broker Claims Teams, for clients who require the reporting of motor vehicle incidents to their respective insurers. They will identify potential clients that would benefit from their in-house claims services, utilizing liability assessment skills and assess individual client suitability. The salary for this role is DOE.
Key Responsibilities:

• To provide a claims handling service by acting as the first point of contact for clients
• Reporting and recording details of new motor incidents and submitting the FNOL to the client's relevant motor insurer and broker
• Liaising with insurers, repairers and other agents
• Promotion of their in-house claims services to clients
• Undertake any other duties as necessary

• Show good emotional control and behaviour under pressure
• Remains positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult people
