Multi-Skilled Operative Job

Setsquare Recruitment are looking for a multi-skilled operative to work across the North East on social housing properties.
This will be carrying out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
This is an ongoing contract with long-term work prospects.
Your role will be going into properties and carrying out basic repairs and maintenance.
This could be trimming doors, fitting kitchen units, changing locks, replacing taps etc.
You'll need -
- Previous multi-skilled experience - plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, tiling etc
- Happy to undergo DBS
- Full UK driving licence
You'll get -
- �18-�20 an hour umbrella
- Company van and fuel card
- Ongoing work
