Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Multi TraderLocation: South East LondonSalary: GBP34,000 - GBP36,000 per yearHours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.Job type: Full-time, permanentBridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Carpenter/Multi-Trader and Plumber/Multi-Trader to join their ever-expanding team.A van and fuel card are provided and all the work is within the commercial industry.Responsibilities of the Multi-Trader:Subject Matter Expert on specific qualified trade (carpenter, plumbing)React to maintenance tasks throughout London and South East and furtherMaintenance works, covering clientele base (retail and government). Fault finding and providing solution where necessaryUndertake maintenance works and ensure they meet KPS high standardsUndertake PPMsEnsure 1st time fix occurs 80% of all jobsResponsible for the correct procurement of materials for works to be carried out.Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with works carried outTo carry out risk assessments on site on a regular basisTo ensure that all works are carried out under the Health & Safety guidelines in conjunction with Health & Safety RequirementsProvide work reports with detailed scopes of worksProvide technical expertise to allow quotes to be produced on timeAssist in the on-call rota systemRequirements of the Multi-Trader:Clean driving licenceCSCS cardNVQ level 2 in Carpentry or Plumbing as core tradeTime served minimum 3 yearsStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressureFluent English SpeakingExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent customer communication skillsOwn ToolsIf you feel like you meet the above criteria for the Multi-Trader role, then please apply now Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Finance and Sales Industries Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bridge Recruitment UK Ltd by 2xGet notified about new
