About the Role: As a Train Presentation Team Leader, you'll be at the helm, leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Train Cleaners. Your mission: to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards within the industry. Your tasks will include:
A valid Sentinel card/PTS course (AC/DC competencies) is required for this role!
The Successful Candidate: We're on the lookout for an individual who will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for passengers by leading a dedicated team and ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. To be thriving in this role, you must be motivated and passionate with the ability to get the best out of team. Have the passion for delivering high standards and a great service for our customers. Ideally someone who has a strong background in leading a team combined with cleaning and servicing in a customer focused environment.
Requirements: You're punctual, dependable, and available to work night shifts, on a roster pattern that includes weekdays and weekends. Overtime opportunities may be available.
