You
A construction specialist with solid experience gained in private practice and /or in-house. Ambitious to progress your career. Likely to be a senior Managing Consultant or Legal Director pushing hard to become a partner at your current firm.
The Role
Working closely with the head of construction you’ll inherit a ready-made, close-knit team so some experience of managing juniors and developing them would be helpful.
An identifiable client following is not a pre-requisite. More important is your willingness to engage with and develop clients and help grow the practice over time.
