Nursery Assistant/Nursery Nurse

*Core Responsibility: *To supervise, inspire and interact with children (3 weeks – 5 years old) in nursery settings, whilst ensuring their safety at all times.
*Salary Bandings: *
*Unqualified: £9.50 - £11.50 (£19,760 - £23,920)*
*Level 2: £10.50 - £12.50 (21,840 - £26,000)*
*Level 3: £11.00 - £13.00 (22,880 - £27,040)*
*Level 4+ £11.50 - £13.50 (23,920 - £28,080)*
Please note: You must be willing to travel to multiple nursery settings within the advertised area and we are not currently offering school hours.
*Requirements: *
· Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
· A Certificate to verify Early Years Qualification (if applicable)
· Be willing to travel to multiple nursery settings within your area
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
* Supervise and interact with children, ensuring their safety at all times
* Engage with children in learning and play activities, encouraging EYFS development
* Facilitate indoor and outdoor play activities to promote positive wellbeing
* Support the larger team with essential daily tasks i.e. room preparation & hygiene standards
* Follow safeguarding polices in line with the EYFS to ensure child welfare & protection
* Help to ensure a safe, secure and fun environment for all children
