Nursery Bank Staff (Flexible Hours)

The Old Schoolhouse Kindergarten* who are part of the Family First Group are seeking to appoint a *Qualified* *Bank Staff* team member on a flexible basis. This will be a 0 hour contract. Our nursery has the capacity for 32 children a day spread across 4 rooms and is open from 8:00am - 18:00pm and we would require you to be able to work varied shift patterns between those times.
44 per hour for Level 2 candidates and £11.94 per hour for Level 3 and above candidates.
*As Bank Staff, you will:*
* Assist room leader and other staff members in providing the highest standard of compliance, care, and education for children, and effectively carry out daily operations of the nursery, including positive partnerships with staff and parents.
* Adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures.
* Contribute ideas to planning with stimulating activities, ensuring the children receive high quality of learning and development.
* Liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
* As Bank Staff, you will need:*
* Fluent in written and spoken English – essential.
* Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Qualification - essential.
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable.
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating *– *desirable*.*
