What you will be doing:




  • Co-ordinate the development of the site Operational Excellence program working closely with various departments

  • Lead and assist in the delivery of improvement projects covering Performance and Growth, Quality Assured, Planet Passionate, People Passionate and any other identified KPI’s

  • Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify any areas of improvement

  • Identify and highlight opportunities through data analysis and support in the delivery of the improvement activity

  • Embed project improvements into the site MS, Provide event follow up to  monitor the progress of improvements

  • Creation and coordination of the site cost down and improvement plans

  • Partake in the Single Event Analysis (SEA) and champion the corrective action process

  • Develop and install clear visual management and communication systems

  • Ensure CI activities are planned and designed to support the sites priorities

  • Develop and deliver CI training across the full range of identified areas

  • Working proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement whilst maintaining compliance.

  • Develop CI systems to include standardisation and simplification where  possible



What we are looking for:




  • Qualified Green Belt six sigma (or equivalent) with previous experience in WCOM/ lean methodology role would be highly beneficial

  • Analytical mindset with strong IT skills, including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint,etc.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision

  • Prior experience within Manufacturing Industry

  • Open minded with a hunger for learning

  • Full Driving License
