The role is to support the organisation through a period of change, leading on development and implementation of organisational development activities. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.Global not-for-profit organisationLondon BasedDescriptionA Organisational Development Manager to:- Develop and implement a resource plan for the wider organisation- Designing and executing talent and organisational development strategies- Develop the learning & development offering: identify skills gaps and design / implement learning initiatives- Review and improve the performance management process- Create a supportive and high performance culture- Design initiatives to promote engagement and retention- Look at the workforce and suggest improvements around talent attraction & retention- Lead the review of career development and succession planning- Design the talent development framework- Improve career development processes, including the implementation of an early careers program- Design and deliver training workshops to upskill managers and the wider business- Lead the design and implementation of L&D strategies and initiativesProfileAn Organisational Development Manager with:- Previous experience of designing and implementing OD initiatives- Previous experience in a not-for-profit or environmentally focused organisation desirable- Experience working in a fast past and complex organisationJob OfferPermanent Organisational Development Manager£60-67,000 per annumImmediate Start if wantedAdditional Benefits TBCLondon based - hybrid and flexible workingCreate a job alert and receive personalised job recommendations straight to your inbox.
