Our client, a property consultancy dealing with an extensive breadth of high-end residential and commercial work, requires someone who can provide EA support to the managing director of the firm alongside carrying out some office management responsibilities. The managing director needs someone with strong organisation skills who can handle all diary management and travel arrangements as well as audio dictation; strong typing skills are essential. Other duties extend to keep the office ticking over; liaising with contractors and suppliers, organising company events, handling future recruitment etc.
Someone who has an understanding of small firm mentality, is flexible and proactive is best suited to this role. A background in any corporate environment is acceptable so long as you have the desired skillsets and a positive attitude. If you are a secretary / PA who is looking to move into an operations position this would be an excellent opportunity. This position is full-time office based.
