Part time - 19 hours

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Working hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday working 8am-5pm. (more hours available)

Responsibilities:

- Dealing with customers face to face.

- Provide information about plumbing and bathroom products.

- Process orders

- Upsell products and services to increase revenue

- Maintain customer records accurately

Experience:

- Excellent English communication skills

- Previous knowledge or experience within a plumbing environment.

-Previous customer experience preferred but not required

- Willingness to learn.

- Punctual and reliable.
