Things you will be doing as a Head Pastry Chef:

• Reports to the Executive Chef
• Manage the pastry department.
• Develop the team through leadership and coaching.
• Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
• Create and update the dessert menu.
• Maintain the highest standards
• Continuously improve the menu offerings

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Must have experience in a Michelin-star-standard restaurant
• Preferred experience in Asian Cuisine
• Strong communication skills, both in written and spoken English
• High level of attention to detail
• Team management skills
• Strong planning skills
