We are currently looking for a Patient Support Advisor/Receptionist to work between our Darlington and Billingham Clinic working Monday, Thursday and Friday .

Essential Experience:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
Proficient computer skills in outlook, word and excel
Beneficial Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in either a nurse or receptionist role
Experience of using patient relationship management (CRM) system
Desirable skills are:
showing high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently
Focused
Ability to learn and acquire new skills
