db456769 Our client is looking for a Compensation/ Payroll and Benefits Officer to support a Compensation and Benefits Manager and small teamThis is an office based role in the City of LondonThe person in this role will be responsible for delivering first-class administrative support to the payroll team, supporting across payroll, compensation, and benefits activities.The team comprises of the Compensation & Benefits Manager and Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, who you will work closely with.Solely responsible for our overseas payrolls i.e. Denmark, Sweden, and Netherlands payroll (all of which are outsourced). • Reconciliation of payroll data from our overseas offices. • Supporting the payroll manager on 3 in-house UK payrolls (headcount 800). • Data entry for new starters, leavers and transfers. • Helping to produce statutory calculations – Tax, NI, SMP, SSP. • Supporting the team with benefits administration (new starters, leavers, and transfers). • Responsible for all benefits reconciliation i.e. reconciling membership data to our records. • Liaising with HMRC and Third-Party Benefits Providers. • Ability to manipulate and create payroll reports. • Dealing with the annual audit requests. • A point of contact for the payroll team, helping to respond to more complex queries and escalating where necessary. • Able to run payroll end to end to include RTI submissions. • Helping with Year End P60s, P11ds. • Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:• Knowledge of ResourceLink Payroll system is preferable• Experienced in payroll admnistration• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a highest level of discretion• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines• High level of attention to detail and accuracy with reviewing payroll, reports and HR system• Proactive and able to ensure all deadlines are met
