We are confident that we can provide you with a challenging career which offers exceptional learning and development opportunities combined with progression.We are looking for someone to provide strong administration support to the Group Payroll and Benefits team. In additional to regular monthly payroll processes this role will also play a significant part in the administration of benefits.Key responsibilities:Collating all changes to be captured and included in the monthly payrolls by collaborating with HR Operations teamInput changed into the payroll systems used for UK, Jersey & Guernsey, maintaining all levels of complianceResponsible for membership changes and information sharing with the Benefit providersMonitor the payroll inbox, providing relevant guidance and answers to payroll & benefit queries, escalating where requiredSupport the Benefits Manager with annual benefit renewals, as requiredSupport the Management team with any ad hoc requestsParticipate in the improvement of processes through automationSkills, knowledge, expertise:Experience of working in a fast-paced Payroll and/or Benefit administration team, working to strict deadlinesBasic, fundamental experience of both UK and Channel Island payrollsExcellent accuracy, numeracy and data entry skills with good attention to detailGood computer literacy skills are essential, user of MS Office products specifically a good knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAdaptable with an analytical mindset and ability to work well as part of a teamStrong relationship building and customer services skills Occasional travel to other jurisdictional offices may be required Who are we?
