Description:
Full-time OR Part-time PRIVATE or Performer Dentist required for 2-7 days per week (flexible) in a busy, well established, mixed INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
• EXCELLENT PVT INCOME - £20,000 PER MONTH GROSS

• 50% split on PVT Income
• 50/50 labs

• Hygienist on site
• Orthodontist on site

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
