We bring big data and a customer focus into all aspects of the mobility experience and wish to build a better world through enabling connected mobility for all.Who we are looking for:Solid experience in ProcurementStrong customer orientation and communication skillsGood moderation and presentation skillsSystematic and goal-oriented work styleBusiness fluent in EnglishWithin our business operations team, we are looking for someone to:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements, and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.Manage all new suppliers and software vendors, including renewals, through the Supplier and Software Request (SSR) Process.Ensure all vendor resources are timesheet compliant within the TCEU time recording system.Manage and develop the workflows of the Contracts JIRA Board.Ensure the completion of SOWs, Variation Agreements and Purchase Orders are managed and delivered on-time to all Vendors and Clients.Manage and track the processing of Purchase Orders and Invoices against project budgets; flag risks accordingly to senior management and finance.Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to secure favourable terms and conditions.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving supplier performance improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities whilst collaborating with the Legal and HR Teams.Identify, develop, implement, and standardise best practices in procurement to TCEU.What skills wouldwe love you tohave?AtlassianMS ExcelOracleMS Power BIEqual Opportunities, Diversity & Inclusion:Toyota Connected Europe is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that celebrates the diversity of the communities where we live and do business.
